Returns & Exchanges

At Elwood Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely repackage your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Please ensure the return label is clearly visible on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
